Hello everyone! I’m sure all of you know the September 11 attack. Well, this book is about it. Let’s get started!
The day, 9/11, was a beautiful day just like any other day. Everyone got up and went to the office or went to school, or some even skipped school! There were a lot of people that year. So there were a lot of moods. Some were happy, some were sad. Some were angry, or mad. Everyone was in a rush, or late. That’s why no one noticed anything wrong, or they were about to have some very bad incident, Everything was perfect! Until 8:46 A.M. The first plane got hijacked, and struck the World Trade Center. But that has not happened yet. It’s still a few days before 9/11, What you hear is about 4 different kids from different countries. Will’s father died in a car accident, and he has to help his mother take care of his 2 little sisters?and help around the house. Siergo lives in Brooklyn, and is struggling to see his absentee father he hates and his grandmother he loves. Naheed has been okay about being a muslim, but never have felt comfortable about how people looked at her and asked her many questions about her head scarf. Aimee’s mom has had to go to New York for an important meeting, and she has to start going to a new town and new school. These 4 people don’t know about each other, but something terrible is about to happen which they don’t know, but about to find out soon.
